Blister Packaging Machine
Blister Packaging Machine is an automated equipment for producing blister packaging, which is widely used in packaging for pharmaceuticals, food, electronic components, medical devices and other industries. Its core function is to heat and soften plastic sheets
(such as PVC, PET, PP, etc.) and then form them into blisters, which are then sealed with aluminum foil or composite film to form sealed packaging.
Main structure:
Sheet unwinding system: conveying plastic sheets.
Heating device: softening sheets by infrared heating or hot air circulation.
Forming station: using molds (positive pressure/negative pressure molding) to shape softened sheets into blisters.
Filling station: automatically or manually put products into blisters.
Sealing station: covering with aluminum foil or composite film and sealing by hot pressing.
Cutting device: cutting continuous sheets into independent packaging units.
Control system: PLC or touch screen control, adjusting parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed, etc.
Workflow:
Sheet unwinding → heating → forming → filling → sealing → punching → finished product output
